You should always test before exercising. if it is low or excessively high you should not exercise. 
If that time is working for you (and not infering with sleep),than why change? You would have a better idea though after your 3 month A1c test.</description>

first talk to your doctor
seeing as you are diabetic
you probably have to eat througout the day little snacks to keep your blood sugar safe and normal level
so i would probably do it not on an empty stomach as this could ***** that up...so maybe after you have eaten
im  glad your blood sugar is normal now
if this routine is working for you continue at this time
