So, Im diabetic and i have been trying to conceive?
blufea asked:
So, Im diabetic and i do not have regular periods at all. The last one I had was around May or June. I have had my blood sugar regular for 2 months now and usually my period starts due to this. I have had a miscarriage before due to my past uncontrolled diabetes. I had mild nausea and sore *******. Then I lost the pregnancy. Now I have had sore ******* and very very mild nausea for the past 4 days. I have taken a test and of course it was negative. im holding my breath, hoping that I am Truly pregnant. I don’t have insurance right now, so I cant get a blood test. From what Ive read, It may be too soon to get an accurate result from a urine test. What do you think? Anyone been there, done this that has any advise?

It’s hard to know when is too soon or too early because your cycle is so out of whack. But definitely it’s a possibility, so do everything possible to keep those sugars in check. As you must already know, the first 8 weeks are crucial when it comes to blood sugar control. Good luck and I hope you get that positive soon!
