Of course- it’s called hypoglycemia

Yes this is perfectly normal.
The body needs glucose for energy.

It darn well better be … or I am doomed! I get low blood sugar when I’m really hungry and my blood sugar tests are fine. It’s just your body’s response to being hungry. I usually make sure I have mints (NOT sugar-free) to get me going again. If I wait too long to get something into my system, I get very short-tempered. And I tremble a little.

Yes it is very possible! I suffer from the same thing. You just need to make sure you eat when you’re supposed to and listen to your body. If it needs something in the tank, make it happen.

Anyone can have low blood sugar, it simply means you need to eat something. Try a fast sugar to get it up quickly, then go with something high protein to keep it up where it needs tio be.

Ok all you people that go low often: SOoooo not normal. Yeah it’s called hypoglycemia. BUT! Normal people’s body’s automatically release GLUCAGON when you don’t eat. Glucagon keeps you from going low. People who don’t and go low are called HYPOGLYCEMICS. Believe me I know some people who are. If you go low you are one. ALWAYS CARRY JUICE OR CANDY WITH YOU FROM NOW ON! And it would be smart to get a prescription for glucagon if you dont feel it and you pass out. IT IS SERIOUS and as much as serious as diabetes. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR.

Yes they can. You can fell faint and wobbly/shaky. Does this happen when you have not eaten in a while or just speratically. You may want to keep a food log and see when your sugar goes low that will help you find when you need to eat.
