I am Diabetic, taking Actos & Glucotrol, should I risk taking Tricor?

I had blood work and have elevated triglyceride levels, but my bad cholestorol level is only 208, this was a non-fasting blood test, with taking Lipitol and the drugs i mentioned above, adding Tricor seems a bit extreme to me.
