My wife had several “female” problem until she got her diabetes under control. This included irregular periods, feminine dryness, itching, etc.
I was diagnosed diabetic many years ago because of a case of athlete’s foot that wouldn’t heal.
“Malaise” is far to general to be a symptom. That’s like walking into the doctor and saying, “i don;t feel good.” That could be ANYTHING.
hypothyroid is not generally thought of as a “symptom”: of diabetes. It is a disease unto itself, and COULD cause all of the above!.
Diabetes canNOT be diagnosed from symptoms alone. Blood tests are required.

Yes I have and yes I am diabetic. But these are not all of even the most important sign to say you have diabetes. SO I am not sure why your doctor is testing you on just those but it is a good idea to be tested.

I am diabetic and the only symptoms that match yours are the tiredness and i think you must mean thrush which both both diabetic men and woman get. So try not to worry to much it sounds like you are run down.
