Obviously you must AVOID eating sugary foods. I am certainly no expert but this sounds like glucose intolerance, which is, according to my reading, a precursor to diabetes. I am surprised your doctor did not mention this - assuming you have been tested by a reputable medical practitioner?

If I were you I&#039;d make an appointment at my local general hospital to see an ENDOCRINE specialist.

In the meantime, you clearly need to limit your intake of carbohydrates, not to exclude them from your diet altogether but to keep them to a reasonable proportion of your overall food intake.

You also need to consume a lot more green leafy vegetables. Don&#039;t overdo the fruit as it contains a great deal of sugar. Some sugary vegetables are pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, corn on the cob, and sugar snap peas - you should only eat these in moderation.

If I were you I&#039;d get a dietitian to advise me in detail about what and how much to eat.

Gentle daily exercise can&#039;t hurt either.

Good luck.</description>
