High blood sugar doesn’t necesarrily mean that you have diabetes. Since it depends on your diet as well.
However, if you are worried about having diabetes, it is best advised to go to a doctor to get your insulin producing liver to be checked. If your liver is not producing or producing a lot of insulin then there is a possibility of diabetes. IT IS NOT all about blood sugar and symptoms.
Also, Yahoo answers is incapable of diagnosing you since we cannot collect your blood here for a screening nor can we do any x rays or biopsy

As Tres told you no one here can diagnose you to determine if you have diabetes, but you will NOT need an x-ray or biopsy to be diagnosed either. A simple blood test will confirm one way or the other what is wrong so if you have some of the symptoms please have it done soon. How do you know you have high blood sugar? Has your doctor said you were borderline diabetic? When you have diabetes your body isn’t producing enough insulin or else it isn’t using the insulin your body produces causing you to have a high blood sugar level. The symptoms are frequent urination, excessive thirst, fatigue, unexplained weight gain or loss, blurred vision, mood swings, infections that are slow to heal, tingling and/or numbness in your hands or feet.
