Eat 3 times a day, stay away from sugar and eat whole grain carbohydrates. See if that helps.

<a href="http://kansieo.com">diabetic testing</a>

Looks like your variation in sugar level is not good
For your age such variations need a consultation with a doc
So get a proper fasting and Postprandial check done

Sooooooooooo, what did your doctor tell you about the numbers? That is who can tell you what they mean and if you are diabetic. Sounds like you need to keep seeing him until you get to the bottom of this. Probably not diabetes though.

Diabetes is only diagnosed when blood glucose levels exceed 200 and when your fasting blood glucose exceeds 126.

The reading of 56 is concerning your blood sugar was too low this can account for the symptoms you are experiencing. The 56 is a hypoglycemic reading blood sugar should not drop below 70.

These symptoms can have many causes but I would rule out diabetes. Continue to be persistent with your doctor to get to the bottom of the problem.

If you are concerned about this talk to your Doctor. He or she may do a test called a fasting blood sugar on you. This means you do not eat for a specific number of hours and then you go and have blood drawn. This will give you a better idea if there is a concern. A level of 56 is below normal. Do you eat a healthy diet? That would be my first question for you.

That doesn't sound like Diabetes. Your sugar levels would be higher than what you mentioned. The levels you did say seem normal. Have you asked your doctor about possibly being Hypoglycemic? Which I believe is not enough sugar as compared to too much sugar in your body.
